Each lesson is followed by an in–sim practice session.

LESSON & SIM SESSION 1: Lead Follow with Coach. Racing Line, Steering and Pedal Technique.

LESSON & SIM SESSION 2: Individual Practice Test Session. Brake Technique, Threshold Braking, and Locking up the Tires.

LESSON & SIM SESSION 3: Passing Etiquette & Passing Exercise.

LESSON & SIM SESSION 4: How a Race Works, and The Format. 5–MIN Qualifying & 10–LAP Race Session.

LESSON & SIM SESSION 1: Driver Analysis, Open Track Time.

LESSON & SIM SESSION 2: Instructor Lap Video Review, Driver Critique, Open Track with AI.

LESSON & SIM SESSION 3:  Trail Braking and Carrying Speed, Lotus '49 Exercise.

LESSON & SIM SESSION 4: Final review and 1-on-1 Coach Critique.
